From next term, Parent-Teacher interviews for Years 5 – 12 will be restructured and renamed as Parent-Teacher-Student (PTS) Conferences. A key foundation of Charlton’s approach to education is our desire for a genuine partnership with parents in their child’s development. To strengthen this, students will be expected to attend the conferences with their parents in Week 2 of Term 3. This reform is driven by a desire to engage students more fully as active participants in discussions about their learning, development and achievement.
