Christian Education Foundation Limited is a not for profit public company which was established by a group of Christian men and women from the community. It operates Charlton Christian College and the Foundation has appointed a Board of Directors to oversee the operations of the College. It comprises of Directors and the Principal.

The Board’s role is to oversee the College by monitoring strategic direction, policies and setting future goals and vision, as well as giving direction to the Principal.
